FREE CANCELLATION WINDOW AND APPLICABLE FEES 

Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to the scheduled delivery/pickup date. After this time cancellation fee applies. You can give us a call on 0410 251 481 to cancel.

REFUNDS FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT

Refunds will be considered only if the machine is deemed faulty or damaged, and not working properly. In such cases, we will typically replace the machine and extend your hire time accordingly.

EXCESS SOLUTION PURCHASES

If you have purchased more cleaning solution than needed, any refunds for the remaining amount will be at our discretion.
